The problem
The post does not say what was wrong with the old system, apart from cost. Tim says the campaigns ran “while cutting ~70% of the old tech stack costs.” He contrasts the approach with “let’s blast 10,000 companies and hope somebody accidentally books a call” type setups. He credits the results to two things: “a killer offer” “For a killer ICP”.
The blueprint (as he describes it)
The post does not give the steps. It lists what the gated case study covers:
- what the positive replies had in common
- how the leads were segmented
- how companies were qualified using Clay
- how the workflow was rebuilt using Claude Code
- how the campaigns were personalised
- how extra decision makers were found that “most competitors never contact”
- the outreach angles that generated meetings
- how mobile numbers were pulled from replies automatically
- the full Claude Code + Clay workflow
- examples of real emails and replies
He says he “also included the markdown files + prompts behind the setup.”
Stated results
- 70+ leads in 4 months.
- Replies from 4+ publicly listed companies, 1 company with a revenue of >€15 billion, and “top e-commerce brands”.
- 5%+ positive reply rates.
- 2–3 meetings booked every week.
- ~70% cut in the old tech stack costs.
- No baseline, campaign volume or cost figures in currency are stated.
Why this matters for postby.ai
- This one is worth a follow-up. If the case study and prompts arrive, the teardown can be rewritten with the actual steps.
- Until then, treat it as a results claim with the method listed but not shown.
Caveats
- This is a lead magnet. The case study and resources are only sent to people who comment “SYSTEM”. The post also invites outreach from people “running something similar” who “want a second pair of eyes on it”, which reads as a pitch for his services.
- We have not seen the case study, markdown files or prompts. Every step above is a table-of-contents item, not a described process.
- The results are self-reported and can’t be checked from the post. No dates for the 4 months are given.
- The work was done for a client. Tim thanks Ann Stanley (aka Simmonds) and the Anicca Digital team for “trusting us with this”. He says their reference helped “win a few more clients in a similar space”.
- X: Unverified not checked.
