2. What We Collect
Three things, no more:
- Form submissions you send us — the contact form, the Substack Growth Brief signup, and the booking flow.
- Standard server logs — IP address, user agent, request paths. Used to keep the site running and detect abuse.
- No third-party tracking is loaded on this site unless explicitly listed below.
3. Why We Collect It
To respond to your inquiry, deliver the resource you requested, and operate the site. We don't sell, rent, or share data with anyone outside the named processors below.
4. How We Store It
- Contact form submissions are stored in Formrobin.
- Substack Growth Brief signups are stored in Swipeone.
- Booking data is stored in Lapsula.
We don't operate our own database for this site. Each of the above has its own privacy practices — we've selected them as processors and we hold them to the same standard you'd expect us to hold ourselves to.
5. Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any data we hold about you. Email nick@postby.ai from the address you used. We respond within five business days.
6. Cookies
If and when analytics is added, we'll list the cookies and their purpose here. Currently: none beyond what the third-party form services may set on their submission flows.
7. Children
This site is not directed at anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
8. Updates
We update this page when our practices change. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
