The problem
In Shannon’s words: “I used to spend 3 to 4 hours every morning on manual outbound work before I even started selling so I built an agent for every step of the process.”
The blueprint (as described in the post)
Each agent “handles a single job and together they take a campaign from list building to booked meetings.”
- List Building Agent. Finds companies that look like the best paying clients (Clay, Apollo). Filters Sales Navigator by ICP criteria without a manual login. Scores and tiers every account (Clay). Fills in missing contact data through a multi-provider waterfall (Prospeo, FullEnrich, BetterContact).
- Signal Detection Agent. Watches for job changes inside target accounts (PredictLeads). Catches anonymous website visitors (RB2B). Flags competitor engagement and content interactions (Trigify, Common Room). Starts outreach automatically the moment a signal fires (Clay, n8n).
- Copy And Sequencing Agent. Writes personalized openers from real account context (Claude Code). Builds follow-ups from the full conversation history (Claude Code, Instantly). Tests subject lines with no manual A/B setup (Instantly). Adjusts tone by persona and segment (Claude Code).
- Deliverability Agent. Provisions new domains, mailboxes and DNS records (n8n). Warms up every inbox before campaigns launch (Instantly). Rotates sending accounts to protect domain reputation (Instantly). Monitors blacklists and pauses flagged inboxes (n8n).
- Reply Management Agent. Reads every reply and classifies it by intent (Claude Code). Drafts responses with full thread context (Claude Code). Routes qualified leads to the calendar in real time (Slack, HubSpot). Books the meeting “without me being involved at all” (Cal).
- LinkedIn Agent. Sends connection requests and DMs at scale (HeyReach). Routes LinkedIn replies to the right thread (n8n, HubSpot). Runs LinkedIn Ads against the same accounts getting emails (LinkedIn Ads).
- Learning Agent. Logs every booked meeting back to the CRM (n8n). Refines targeting by which segments converted (Clay). Predicts how a new campaign will perform before launch (Claude Code). Generates fresh messaging angles from win and loss patterns (Claude Code).
Stated results
- None stated in numbers. No meetings booked, reply rates, open rates or time-saved figures.
- Shannon says the hours once spent on list building, enrichment, copy tweaking and CRM updates “now go into actual selling.”
- Shannon also says “the next one performs better” with each campaign, with no figures given.
Caveats
- First-person LinkedIn post, not a vendor story. The post doesn’t sell a product, course or paid tier. It ends with a request to repost.
- The post lists tasks and tools but not prompts, configs, costs or how Claude Code connects to Clay, Instantly, n8n and the rest. Treat it as an architecture outline rather than a tested build guide.
- The post doesn’t say whether a human reviews drafted replies before they send. It says meetings get booked “without me being involved at all.”
- The Learning Agent “predicts how a new campaign will perform.” No accuracy is stated.
- The post doesn’t say whether Shannon has any relationship with the tools named.
- LinkedIn shows an AI-generated title above the post (“Automating Cold Email Operations with 7 AI Agents”). It is not Shannon’s wording.
- X: Unverified not checked.
