# 15 Minutes Per Newsletter: How Moritz Kremb uses one-source content agents to save 10+ hours a week

Moritz Kremb runs five Claude Code skills that repurpose a single long-form YouTube video into newsletters, short-form scripts, and scheduled posts across five platforms. His one-source rule means AI never invents ideas; it reshapes what he already said. He reports the five agents save him over 10 hours a week, with his newsletter alone dropping from half a day to about 15 minutes.

| **Who** | Moritz Kremb, Prompt Warrior newsletter on beehiiv |
| **Problem** | Content creation across formats and platforms takes "A LOT of time"; he stopped writing his newsletter because "each one ate at least half of my day" |
| **Stack** | Claude Code skills, vidiq, Tella, Beehiiv (browser automation), Buffer, Typefully, Google Drive, browser automation for Skool |
| **Confidence** | Medium (first-person; self-reported time savings) |

## The problem

Kremb says creating content manually meant "Writing the newsletter, clipping shorts, writing captions, posting to five platforms, every piece is its own manual job." He stopped publishing his newsletter for a while because each issue consumed half his day.

## The blueprint (as he describes it)

1. **The one-source rule.** Everything branches from one piece of long-form content he made by hand (his YouTube video). "The AI never invents the ideas. It reshapes things I already said into a new format."

2. **Title and thumbnail research.** A Claude Code skill called youtube-title-description pulls from vidiq and a channel library of scraped titles, thumbnails, and view counts. It outputs ranked title options with vidiq scores and thumbnail concepts. Research that took an hour now takes 5 minutes. He still sends a human editor the thumbnail.

3. **Newsletter writer.** The newsletter-beehiiv skill fetches his latest video transcript via the Tella integration, writes the newsletter in his template, and gets it "about 95% there." When he approves, the skill opens Beehiiv in a browser and fills the post in. The Beehiiv API cannot draft posts yet, so browser automation fills the gap. Half a day per newsletter became about 15 minutes. He says this is close to 4 hours saved a week.

4. **Long-form to short-form.** A two-step skill with human feedback. Phase one reads the transcript and suggests 5 short-form topics. He approves or tweaks. Phase two reads his recent shorts for voice calibration and writes each script. One short used to take an hour; batched, it is about 5 minutes a script. "A full week of shorts in half an hour." He then records on his phone.

5. **Multi-platform scheduler.** He gives Claude Code a Google Drive link of finished videos. It downloads them, writes captions, and schedules into Buffer (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) plus Typefully (X, LinkedIn). Seven videos times five platforms. Manually at least 15 minutes a batch; now about a minute. Over 6 hours saved a month. He switched from Postiz to Buffer when Buffer shipped its own integration.

6. **Skool poster.** Skool has no API. The skill pulls his latest YouTube transcript, writes a post from his template, opens Chrome, and creates the post. He reviews and hits publish.

## FAQ

### What is the one-source rule?

Kremb starts every repurposing workflow from one piece of long-form content he made by hand, such as a YouTube video. He says "The AI never invents the ideas. It reshapes things I already said into a new format."

### Why does he use browser automation for Beehiiv and Skool?

He says "the Beehiiv MCP can't draft posts yet" and "Skool has no API, MCP, or CLI." Browser automation fills the gap when a platform lacks developer access.

### How does he schedule to five platforms at once?

He hands Claude Code a Google Drive link. The skill downloads videos, writes captions, and schedules into Buffer for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, plus Typefully for X and LinkedIn.
